About Marc Aarons
Marc has extensively studied the financial, physical, emotional and personal issues affecting today’s business owners, and executives (including the financial demands linked to increased longevity).
Since Marc speaks fluent Japanese, Money Managers Inc. also advises Nikkei business owners. In addition to holding a degree in International Economic Relations from Oklahoma State University, Marc also holds a certificate in Asian Studies from Kyoto University. While living in Japan, he earned a black belt in judo, and studied Japanese language, culture, government, history, literature, and Japanese business culture. His knowledge of world markets is especially important in today’s volatile global economy.
Marc’s character has been heavily influenced by his lifelong involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. He helped instill character and leadership in young men and women by being on the National Committee for BSA, and was the Vice Chairman for Awards and Recognition for the Relationship Committee for Jewish Scouting. He also served as the Boy Scouts’ International Committee Chairman for Orange County, CA. Marc has been awarded many of Scouting’s highest honors. He is an Eagle Scout with three Silver Palms and a recipient of the Silver Beaver, and King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden personally presented him with the Baden-Powell World Fellowship Award.
Recently, he flew to Germany to receive the International Scouter’s Award, and South Africa to advise on Scouting projects. He is also a recipient of Rotary International’s Cliff Dochterman Award, recognizing him as a role model who has provided distinguished and dedicated service.
